We support and work closely with you at every step of the production journey.  Our comprehensive 8 -step process is designed to help you launch your brand or products efficiently.

From formulation to packaging design and from quality control to product registration, our team is dedicated to provide you with a seamless experience.

Step 01 : Getting to Know Each Other

Here, a face-to-face meeting will be organised for us to learn about your brand, discuss your ideas, and understand your requirements in detail.

Step 02 : Product Research & Development

Based on your brief, we will begin to source for ingredients and create the formulation. Product stability testing will be conducted at this stage to ensure the formulation is safe for application. Then, samples will be delivered to you for testing.

Step 03 : Fine-Tuning & Confirmation

Based on your feedback, we will refine the formulation to ensure it meets your requirements. This step can be reiterated several times until you are satisfied.

Step 04 : Pricing & Payment

Once the formulation is approved, we will provide you with an official quotation. To proceed with the order, a 60% upfront payment is required. The balance will be collected upon delivery of products. We accept cheque, cash, bank in or internet transfer.

Step 05 : Production

Upon confirmation, we will proceed with production right away. With our state-of-the-art equipment, your product will be mixed, filled, capped, labeled, coded and wrapped efficiently with multiple stages of inspection to ensure consistency and efficacy.

Step 06 : Design & Packaging

Product packaging matters. It represents who you are and the value of your brand. Understanding that, we have a team of experienced consultants and designers ready to be at your service. Here are some of our services:

— Packaging Design
If you already have a design, we can assist with printing. Otherwise, our professional design team will be able provide design options based on your preferences. We offer a full service that includes assembly, cello-wrapping and shrink- sleeving.

— Labelling Design
We have two options: (1) sticker printing with a minimum order of 1000 pieces; (2) packaging printing with a minimum order of 5000 pieces. Company logo and product information will be designed accordingly.

— Bottle Sourcing
We are able to source ready-made or custom-made bottle, jar or container according to your requirements. Below are some bottle types available:

• Perfume Packaging
– Glass, plastic, actuators, caps, collars

• Cosmetic Packaging
– compact, plastic jar, tube, pump, pencil

• Beauty Packaging
– Aerosol, tube, jar, spray, pump, bottle

Step 07 : Quality Control & Product Registration

At Private Cosmetic, quality and safety are our priority. Our operations are in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, not only in production but also from raw materials to final packaging solutions. In order to deliver only the best, every product is inspected thoroughly at every stage our the production process.

— N.O.T & Halal Registration
As part of our comprehensive support system, we also assist in N.O.T and Halal registration. Based on regulations set by the Ministry of Health in Malaysia, skin and personal care products must be registered under Biro Pengawalan Farmaseutikal Kebangsaan (BPFK). You will get a N.O.T number once the product is registered successfully. Otherwise, you are not allowed to sell in the market. Product registration services are charged separately from the quotation.

Step 08 : Product Delivery

We do not consider our work done until every product is safely delivered to you. We offer quick turnaround time between 10-14 days, from production to delivery. Delivery is complementary within Klang Valley.
